Breast Augmentation

This is a 21-year-old young woman, height is 5 foot 6 inches & weight is 135 pounds. She wanted a modest enhancement of her breasts and also desired more symmetry. She is seen here 1 year after augmentation mammoplasty with 260 ml on the left & 325 ml on the right. Her bra size went from a B to a D cup. This resulted in improved symmetry and good volume and shape enhancement.  However, to achieve better symmetry, she would need a left mastopexy, and right areolar reduction (to match the left lifted breast areola) with the associated scars. The patient (and myself) is very satisfied with the result and opted not to pursue a mastopexy.
