Case 5

This is a 35 year old woman, height is 5 feet & weight is 105 pounds. She has 3 children. She requested breast implants to help with the involutional changes (lost breast volume) after breast-feeding.

She is seen here 4 months after submuscular augmentation mammoplasty (breast implants) using 340 ml saline breast implants through an inframammary approach. Her breast size went from a 34A to full 34C.
