This is a 52 year old, 5’5” tall & 122 lbs. She wanted an augmentation to help fill her breasts to a natural proportionate size.

She is seen here 1 year after a sub-muscular augmentation mammoplasty with a 200 ml silicone implant on the left, and 250 ml silicone implant on the right. She went from A cup to B cup. She is very happy with her breasts and to put it in her own words “Its the best thing I’ve ever done!”
