This is a 49 year old, 5 foot 4 inches tall and 197 pounds. She has 2 children. She is seen here 3 months after an augmentation mammoplasty with 533 ml silicone breast implants through an inframammary fold approach (inserted through the crease under the breast). Her bra size went from a 36C to a 38D. (She also had a tummy tuck & liposuction of the hips/flanks at the same time).
