This is a 33 year old woman, 6 feet tall & 150 pounds. She has 2 children. She requested breast implants to help with the involutional changes (loss of breast volume) after breast-feeding.

She is seen here 4 months after a subglandular augmentation mammoplasty (breast implants), using 450 ml silicone gel implants through an inframammary incision.
