This is a 34 year old woman, 5 foot 6 inches and 130 pounds with one child. She requested augmentation mammoplasty (breast implants) to help enhance her cleavage and the size of her breasts.

She is seen here 3 months after submuscular augmentation mammoplasty with 375 ml saline breast implants through an inframammary approach.
