This is a 54 year old woman, 5 foot 2 inches & 127 pounds. She requested augmentation mammoplasty (breast implants) to help enhance her cleavage and the size of her breasts.

She is seen here two months after submuscular augmentation mammoplasty using 360 ml saline breast implants through an inframammary approach.
