This is a 40 year old woman, height is 5 foot 4 inches & 128 pounds. She has 2 children. She requested breast implants to help with the involutional changes (lost breast volume) after breast-feeding.

She is seen here 3 months after submuscular augmentation mammoplasty (breast implants) using 286 ml silicone gel breast implants through a periareolar approach.
