Case 11

This is a 51 year old woman, 5 foot 3 inches & 129 pounds. She requested augmentation mammoplasty (breast implants) to help enhance her cleavage and the size of her breasts.

She is seen here 4 months after a submuscular augmentation mammoplasty through an inframammary approach. She has saline breast implants with 325 ml on the right and 275 ml on the left.
