Case 10

This is a 36 year old woman, height 5 foot 3 inches & 132 pounds. She has two children. She requested breast implants to help with the involutional changes (lost breast volume) after breast-feeding.

She is seen here 3 months after submuscular augmentation mammoplasty (breast implants) with saline implants through an inframammary (breast fold) approach. She has 360 ml breast implants on the left, 390 ml breast implants on the right. Her bra size went from 34B to 34D.
