Brachioplasty

Case 1

This is a 54 year old woman who had successful massive weight loss after gastric bypass surgery. She has had a breast reduction and now requested treatment of her arms and outer breast and chest areas. She is seen here 3 months after brachioplasty (removal of upper arm skin) and trimming of the skin of the outer breast and chest wall. This created a tighter, less saggy upper arm and made for a smooth contour transition between the arm and breast skin.
