This is a 58-year-old woman requesting rejuvenation of her abdomen. She is seen here 4 months after liposuction of the abdomen with a lower abdominal skin excision (like a mini-tummy tuck). This is done awake with a light oral sedation and local tumescent anesthesia; this maximizes downtime and safety. No drains needed. She is now wanting her waist and hip done!
